Strength and Conditioning
Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to push you to your limits. These classes include a mixture of kettlebells, weights, suspension and body weight exercises. We limit the size of our classes so our coaches can personalise and track your progress based on your level of fitness. These classes help develop power, mobility, strength and endurance.
